Bunmei Traditional Japanese Cutlery
From the makers of GLOBAL

Bunmei Traditional Knives have molybdenum/vanadium stainless steel blades. They are sharpened on one side for razor sharpness and have slip resistant wood handles with black, plastic bolsters. No stain steel blades.

Usuba Knife
For cutting vegetables. Oroshi knife. 9-1/2" blade (thicker, wider blade than Sashimi).
