Each Bellouet book is a masterpiece and this is no exception. It is an exuberant collection of very exciting and modern chocolate desserts. For each there is a finished picture, recipes (these are composed desserts) and one of Bellouet?s excellent schematic diagrams showing how to assemble the creation.
