J.A. Henckels Sharpening Steel

Henckels is famous for its "Friodur" knife. High carbon, no-stain steel is ice hardened,ground and hand honed. Now it has been improved with new state-of-the art "S.C.T."(Sintermetal Component Technology) which bonds super hard structural steel in thetang to improved "edging" steel on the blade. The "Four Star" knives have a onepiece comfortable polypropylene handle.
