    • What is the HotmixPro?

      The HotmixPro is a thermal mixer. It's a multi-functional, commercial appliance, that allows to cook any food. Then mix simultaneously at variable speeds at temperatures between 25 and 190°C. Works both as a mixer for blending liquids and as a cutter that will chop up any solid ingredient. It is ideal for cooking pastry creams, tempering chocolate, cooking confectionery, kneading dough, preparing soups and sauces, chopping, grating, pulverizing solid foods, as well as processing meats and any semi-liquids or liquids.

      The blade revolves up to 12,500 per minute, while controlling temperature precisely to 1 degree Celsius. It finishes it step-by-step throughout the recipe without requiring the constant attention of the chef. Program features like the WAIT/NEXT feature allows the product to be held at the ideal serving temperature or for exact cook time.
