Silpat Non-Stick Baking Mat

Silpat is a thick flexible mat that transforms any sheet pan into a non stick surface. Also used for working sugar, chocolate, etc. Silpat can be reused thousands of times and withstands temperature from -40° F to over 550° F.

A damp sponge easily removes any residue from Silpats or they can be easily washed in soapy water. Do not use knives or sharp edges on the mat to avoid marring the non-stick surface. Store either flat or rolled; never folded.

Silpat half-size fits 11.75" x 16.5" standard half-sheet pan.
