From the makers of "Silpat", these nonstick forms make bread baking easier and better. The forms are made of silicon coated mesh. They are nonstick, perforated for better heat flow, and retain their shape permanently. Can go directly from freezer to oven (up to 550 °F). Should be placed on a sheet pan, preferably perforated, when baking. Fits in standard U.S. sheet pan. Overall dimensions are 17.5" length x 25" width. NSF approved.
