Used for making entremets and mousses with different flavors, this set facilitates precise layering as flavors are smoothed on and frames are added. Consists of one tray, 24" x 16", and three interchangable frames that lock into the base and each other. The frames are: 3/8", 5/8" and 3/4" tall. Made of aluminum with plastic corner locks.
