The jumbo Jungle Rhubarb leaf is approximately 18" in length. It is ideal for pressing pastillage, marzipan, or pouring isomalt/sugar into it. Reshape the flat leaf to create a different looking leaf each time. Many chefs use this mold in showpieces or as display trays. If you do not fill the entire mold and pour only a portion of the leaf, you can create many different sizes of leaves from the single mold. The mold is made of a high quality, food contact safe platinum cured silicone. The Botanical molds are made of a firm silicone and are flexible but not soft. Weight: 4.5 lb.
