The large Maple leaf at approximately 10" in width. This food grade silicone mold is ideal for pressing pastillage, marzipan or pouring hot isomalt/sugar into it. Reshaping the flat leaf allows you to make leaves that each look different. Numerous chefs have bought this mold and use leaf castings in showpieces and Fall buffet tables. The mold is made of a high quality, food contact safe platinum cured silicone. The Botanical molds are made of a firm silicone and are flexible but not soft. Weight: 1.25 lbs.
