"Eye"
A borosilicate (pyrex) glass core held in an acrylic sleeve designed to retain cold temperatures after freezing. It permits serving frozen and cold amuses, palate cleansers, etc., at the proper texture and temperature. Designed to be presented by servers with 0.75" wide offset spatula. Glass and acrylic. 2.25" diameter. Pin sold separately.
