Tadafusa Wa - Petty Utility Knife
These blades are forged with blue steel #2. The core is sandwiched between two layers of carbon steel that have been left with a rustic or nashiji (pear skin) finish. This helps prevent food from sticking to the blade when slicing items and offers a unique look. These carbon steel blades hold a keen edge and are exceptionally sharp. The handles are right handed D-shaped and crafted from ho wood with a Pakka wood ferrules.
