ALBANY, NYFriday, December 30, 2011Reads temperatures in seconds and is great at calibrating. Not very durable though; Drop one too many and the needle loosens and digital screen shuts off randomly during readings. At one point the needle came right out and that was it. I would buy one again but I would have to be extra careful carring it. Loved the size of it, though doesn't fit into a chef coat sleeve pocket too well.
