Black Steel Frypan, 8" diameter
The extra thick blackened steel construction of these fry pans is designed to withstand intense heat and resist warping insuring a flat cooking surface that will provide even heat and limit hot spots. The steel is less brittle than cast iron and will not fracture like cast iron and provides excellent heat retention making them ideal for searing proteins. The sand blasted blackened surface insures a smooth surface finish and helps reduce oxidation or rust on the carbon steel body, the cast handle is welded to the lifetime guaranteed body of the pan. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction. *not dishwasher safe
