As good as an oyster knife gets - or needs to be. I own close to forty oyster knives of all different sizes, blade types, handle sizes and made of plastic and wood, expensive and cheap. I find myself going to this knife often. Just a good knife. Note it"s main application is for the smaller aquaculture oysters. For big, wild oysters, best go to a larger knife.
