Made with Choc Extreme non-stick cast aluminum, this mold is specially designed for baking Tarte Tatin. Its ceramic-reinforced professional quality non-stick coating is scratch-resistant, providing excellent non-stick properties for easy turning-out. With its ferritic stainless steel bottom, the mold is suitable for induction.

This design is ideal for baking Tarte Tatin: the caramel is prepared over the cook top and the dessert is cooked in the oven, all in the same pan. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction.
