Improved Japanese vegetable slicer. It makes the same beautiful, continuous strands and flat ribbons, but it's easier to operate. It has a gear in the base that moves the vegetable forward...so you just turn the crank. The vegetable moves and turns on the blades. Comes with three multi-blade cutting units and a flat slicing blade. 11.75 x 4.5” x 6” high.
