Induction Equipment

Induction cooktops feature electromagnetic coils under a glass surface that transfer heat directly to pots, pans, and other cookware. This allows the cookware and its contents to heat up rapidly while the cooking surface remains cool. Induction cooking is a major advancement in culinary technology, providing a safe, convenient alternative to traditional electric cooking. We offer several induction cooktops including “The Control Freak” Induction Cooktop by Breville, which accurately holds temperatures between 86-482° F and sports a power range up to 1800 watts. You can also choose the Max Induction Cooktop in 1800 watts and 2600 watts. Each features a stainless steel body, tempered glass surface, and built-in air deflector. It’s important to note that only cookware made from magnetic materials works on induction cooktops, such as stainless steel and cast iron.
