We import and stock merchandise we've curated from hundreds of manufacturers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Plainview, New York, and some are drop-shipped directly from the supplier.

Does JB Prince have a retail store?
Yes. Our showroom is at Chelsea Market, 75 9th Avenue, New York, NY 10011, open daily from 11am to 7pm. You can examine and purchase our products in person.
Can JB Prince ship internationally?
Yes, with some limits. We can't process international credit cards, so international orders are paid by wire transfer, with a $300 U.S. minimum.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for orders placed on our website. International wire-transfer orders have a $300 U.S. minimum.

How quickly can I receive my order?
We process most orders within two business days of receiving them, then ship by UPS or FedEx Ground. Next-day and second-day delivery are available on request.
