This long spoon has rounded indentations at each end and is the perfect tool to scoop out marrow. Scoop marrow out of the center while it is hot for the most pleasant experience. Use the small side for narrower bones and larger side for osso buco or bigger beef bones. Double-sided stainless steel spoon is 9" long and dishwasher safe.
