The Compact-PRO BASALTE mandolin is the perfect combination of:

FRENCH CULTURE: Made of stainless steel, the Compact-PRO BASALTE stands out for its productivity and its diversity of cutting thicknesses, ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm, as well as its cutting width of 95 mm. The BRON adjustment system (camshaft) ensures optimal precision when cutting. Equipped with the new ergonomic manual protection pusher, a model that guarantees safe use.

JAPANESE CULTURE: Light and easy to handle, the Compact-PRO BASALTE is equipped with a diagonal and dimpled blade, which limits the adhesion of vegetables during cutting. The exceptional quality of this blade and combs ensures precise and fast cutting.

SOLIDITY AND ADAPTABILITY: Its streamlined design allows easy adaptation to receptacles. It is ideal for use on GN1:1 or 1:2 trays (horizontal cuts).

Supplied with 2 thinning combs (4 and 10mm) and the ergonomic pusher.
