Pastry Cutters

A clean cut is the first thing a pastry gets judged on. Our cutters come in round, fluted, oval, triangular, heart, star, and teardrop shapes, in single sizes and graduated sets, with sharp, even edges that cut dough, biscuits, and cookies cleanly. Most are stainless steel. For work with hot or sticky products, choose Exoglass composite plastic, which doesn’t rust or melt. Start with the classic round cutters and round sets, then add shapes as the menu grows.
