Gray Kunz & Specialty Spoons

Our spoon collection is led by the legendary Gray Kunz spoons. It all began when Chef Kunz came to Judy Prince with a request: manufacture the perfect spoon, with just the right size bowl and the perfect handle. Judy worked with Chef Kunz to build a full line of Kunz spoons, each for a distinct use. The spoon became so popular that there are many imitations, but the real ones all come through JB Prince. We still manage production at the same factory Judy Prince worked with to bring Chef Kunz’s creation to life. Today, in addition to the original Gray Kunz Sauce Spoon, we sell seven other versions, including a rotating limited-edition model. Our collection doesn’t end there. We carry specialized spoons for every situation in the kitchen or the bar, from marrow spoons to titanium plating spoons to precision bar spoons.
