The Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass® Kitchen Spatula is designed and manufactured in France to meet the needs of professional chefs. Where traditional wooden spoons can deteriorate, hold odors and bacteria, and split from heavy use, the Exoglass® Kitchen Spatula is comprised of Exoglass®, a proprietary composite material developed by Matfer. Exoglass® is high-temperature resistant ( up to 430F° ), non-porous, easy to clean and won’t deteriorate or rust with heavy use. Designed to mimic the ergonomics and comfort of a traditional wooden spoon with enhanced durability and hygiene.  Safe for all cookware including non-stick coated pans. NSF certified and dishwasher safe. This spatula is available in 6 sizes, each sold separately.
