Transform a simple ratio of semolina flour and water into variety of shapes from our selection of brass dies. You can produce approximately 5 pounds of fresh extruded pasta per hour, and the mostly stainless-steel construction makes it easy to maintain. Include two brass dies: Spaghetti # 10 and Rigatoni, which offers the classic rustic texture optimal for holding sauce.
