Exopan combines the quality of cooking in tinplate with the benefits of a nonstick surface, contributing to overall development of product color during baking. Its nonstick surface eliminates greasing resulting in a clean release during depanning. The protective enamel ensures durability that will withstand heavy use in professional kitchens. Freezer and oven safe, Exopan molds have a resistance to temperatures ranging from -4°F to 482°F. Please note: Do not expose this pan to humid conditions.
