This compact manual table top sheeter can tackle a variety of tasks related to rolling an array of doughs. Ideal for smaller volume pastry projects where space is limited but consistent results are a must. Great for fresh pasta, pat sucre, laminated doughs and more. 

There are two ways to secure the sheeter to the table. One way is to use the suction cups and install the included ramps and secure the sheeter anywhere on the table. The second way is removing the suction cups sitting the sheeter flat at the edge of a table and use the table clamp included.
