A versatile set for making all kinds of handmade pasta. Made from solid maple or beech wood, each set contains 1 double sided pasta board. One side with a rolled column, perfect for trofie, malloreddus, capunti and more. The back side has a traditional gnocchi board pattern, use for gnocchi, garganelli & rigatoni.
Finished with mineral oil & a home made blend of natural bees and carnauba wax.
These are made from real wood, no two will be identical.
