Stainless Steel 5.7" Oblong Ring Mold

This stainless steel oblong ring was created in partnership with 2013 World Pastry Champion Mathieu Blandin. It features temperature shock proof outer welding, a smooth interior surface for flawless desserts, and a permanent size engraving for easy identification. This ring may be used in the freezer, deep freezer, refrigerator, blast chiller or oven. Not suitable for liquid preparations.
