Truffles 120 Silicone Molds - 8 Forms

This silicone mold is designed with a specialized border that results in an end product with a soft rounded base. This feature provides you with a unique look and elegant style. Use this molds individually to yield refined creations. It can withstand temperatures from -76 °F to 446 °F, making it ideal for the blast chiller or oven.

The walls of each form curve to create a full circle truffle (please note this mold is not a hemisphere). A groove in each cavity rounds out the truffle.

Quarter sheet pan size. Four can be put in a standard sheet pan. Usable from -76 to +446 ºF. This mold is dishwasher safe, nonstick and made from 100% food safe silicone.
