Whisk w/ Exoglass® Handle

The Matfer Whisk has been a favored tool of professional French chefs for more then 30 years. Designed and manufactured in France, this whisk is comprised of 18/10 stainless steel flexible whisk wires designed to keep their shape. Wires are welded to a steel core and molded into an Exoglass handle, a patented polyamide developed by Matfer. The handle is non-porous, waterproof, heat resistant and wont rust or deteriorate from heavy use. Rounded handle bottom prevents whisk from slipping into bowls or pots. NSF Certified and Dishwasher safe. Ensured with a limited Lifetime Warranty by Matfer Bourgeat USA.
