JB Prince is bringing the world's finest culinary tools to the center of New York's food scene.
For nearly 50 years, JB Prince has served the culinary world by sourcing the tools that the industry needs. We've built it all by listening to chefs—understanding what they're trying to do and finding solutions to help them get the job done.
We've done this work in two ways. Through our showroom upstairs on East 31st Street, where chefs could come in person and find exactly what they need, and through our mail order business. We’ve been operating out of a 22,000 square foot warehouse since 2019, reaching customers across the country who order online and by phone.
We’ve always operated this way. We’ve been a resource for people who knew where to find us, whether they came upstairs to our midtown showroom, or discovered us through our website and catalogs.
This fall, we're heading downtown
We believe the community of people interested in good food and cooking has grown, and we want to share with them the kitchen solutions and knowledge we've picked up over the decades.
This fall, we're taking a step toward that. We're going downtown, moving into a new location at the center of New York's food scene where we can share what we love with a broader audience. We will continue to maintain the same JB Prince values and dedication to the craft that professionals know and love. We will never waver from the same values and mission laid out by Judy Prince, since 1977.
